A year and a half ago I went on my first little vacation with B at the Banff Springs Hotel. Fast forward to the end of July, his best friend along with his girlfriend came up, and he insisted on showing them the castle we fell in love in. After a plate of nachos (yes, nachos at the fanciest place in Banff) we went down to a quiet spot to get some nice group photos. Little did I know that when it was our turn for a picture together, he would pull me toward him, and get down on one knee with a little white box. Being completely honest, in all the shock and happiness, I could hardly mutter a 'yes' out before going for a hug let alone see what was in the box. After settling down, I saw what he put on my hand and couldn't help but tear up. My hockey player who gets my advice on anything from his mask and pad designs to game day bow ties managed to find me the most beautiful ring I'll ever see. Thank you Mike for helping B out, and being a part of the most incredible moment - much gratitude.
Brendan & Ally from all of us here at the shop we want to say congratulations! The mountains and Nachos are some of our favorite things also...only after making beautiful pieces for our clients of course! We are so honored to have been a part of your amazingly wonderful day!
We had planned a trip to the ice castle in Edmonton on our anniversary. Little did Emma know, the night was going to be much more special than she realized. I had carefully placed the ring into the pocket of my snow pants and headed to pick Emma up. Once we were in the castle and had taken in the amazing views, as well as the ice slide, I found the perfect little corner to get down on one knee. I pulled out the ring and said those four little words as Emma's eyes filled up with tears.
She said yes!!
We would love to send a Huge Congratulations to newly Engaged Couple. We wish you the very best and a life time of Happiness!
