Not at all! We welcome you to come in anytime during our business hours to browse our beautiful jewelry or get advice on repairs. Our team is always happy to help! However, if you're interested in custom design or wedding bands, we recommend booking an appointment so we can dedicate our time and expertise to your vision. You can easily book yours here.
What are your regular store hours?
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

Do you work with out-of-town clients?
Yes, we regularly work with out-of-town clients via phone, video chat, and email. Book a phone consultation or email info@lawlorjewelry to get started.
Do you offer appraisals?
Appraisals that we provide at Lawlor Jewelry are not done in-house, but rather by a well recognized appraiser in Toronto. We will happily facilitate this for you at the cost of $100 per item.
An item I love is sold out, when will you be restocking it?
Please contact us, and we will gladly get the item back in production for you, providing a timeline for delivery.

Do you offer custom design?
Absolutely! Custom designing jewelry is our specialty. Whether you have a specific vision or just want a personalized twist on an existing design, we're here to make it happen. Book an appointment to get started.
What is the production timeline for custom designs?
Every custom piece is unique, so the timeline can vary. The design process usually takes about 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your piece. Once the design is finalized, crafting your jewelry typically takes an additional 2-3 weeks. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know, and we'll try our best to accommodate your timeline.
What materials do you work with?
We work exclusively with 10K, 14K, 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose) and platinum. We source lab-grown and natural diamonds, moissanite, and gemstones. We do not work with alternative materials like tungsten, titanium, steel, or silver.
What is the price range for custom design?
Pricing for your unique custom jewelry will depend on the specific design and materials chosen. Factors such as the size and type of gemstones, accent stones, and the quantity of precious metal used will all contribute to the final price.
Our custom projects typically start around $1000 and can exceed $15,000 for more intricate designs and premium materials. We are committed to working with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your individual style and budget.

Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Absolutely! Our skilled goldsmiths are here to help restore your cherished pieces to their former glory. Whether it's a simple repair or a complex restoration, we're committed to providing expert care and craftsmanship.
What if I buy a ring online and it doesn't fit?
We want you to love your Lawlor Jewelry piece! If your 10kt or 14kt gold ring needs resizing, we offer a complimentary first resizing within three months of purchase. You handle shipping it to us, and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I find out my finger size?
Order our free Ring Sizer, visit our store for professional measurement, or contact us for guidance.
How do I get my jewelry repaired?
Visit us in store or email info@lawlorjewelry.com with your order number and issue details. Our repairs team will assist you.
How long do repairs take?
Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks and includes cleaning and polishing. We recommend annual maintenance for your Lawlor Jewelry pieces.
Orders & Shipping
When are orders shipped?
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days, while made-to-order and out-of-stock items ship within 10-15 business days. You'll receive a tracking email upon shipment.
How will Lawlor ship my jewelry?
We ship all rings via Canada Post shipping, insurance, and signature required.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $150.00.
Where does Lawlor Jewelry ship to?
We ship within North America (Canada and the U.S.) through our website. For international orders, please contact us.
What happens after I place my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I purchase online and pick up in-store?
Absolutely! Select the in-store pickup option at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Does Lawlor Jewelry allow returns?
Yes, refunds and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receipt, excluding custom pieces, engraved items, and damaged items. Contact us before returning any item.
What do I ship my jewelry back in?
Ship your jewelry securely packaged in a padded envelope and box. Avoid using the word "jewelry" on the label. We recommend insurance and signature confirmation.
Is return shipping covered?
No, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for repairs, returns, and exchanges.
